About Zetu
Although I have a legal qualification, it is my training and work as an Ombuds and Mediator that has distilled my knowledge of people, of situations and disputes. My areas of expertise extend across academic institutions, organisations and NGOs, embracing complexity and facilitating change.

Navigating organisational complexity
In her role as Consultant and Coach, Zetu has ignited shifts in others to deal with their intractable conflicts. She is sensitive to the role of being a listener in social situations, whatever size they may be. She displays a calm and impartial listening style that brings across a level of warmth and empathy which engenders the relevant parties to move towards a jointly produced path of breaking down misunderstandings and other forms of conflict.
By transposing these personal traits into an organisation, Zetu is able to guide the various parties towards consensus and help them move towards a more inclusive working relationship.
