About Zetu Makamandela-Mguqulwa
In my role as Consultant and Coach, I have ignited shifts in others to deal with their intractable conflicts. I am sensitive to the role of being a listener in social situations, whatever size they may be. I display a calm and impartial listening style that brings across a level of warmth and empathy which engenders the relevant parties to move towards a jointly produced path of breaking down misunderstandings and other forms of conflict.
By transposing these personal traits into an organisation, I am able to guide the various parties towards consensus and help them move towards a more inclusive working relationship.
